Brand new 2023 Lifan X-pect 200 EFI. Issues from first start

I’m also willing to learn! Just a thought here is the bike also level front to back when checking oil level? The drain plug is it on the bottom? If so or small and on the side there won’t be a screen. On my 250 Hawk the screen is on the left side behind a larger plug, not sure if your 200 EFI Xpect is the same. Just some thoughts…
