I know this is an old thread, but it needs reviving since there still is no solid info for these machines. I have found out though that these are assembled by a number of Chinese companies of different names from loose parts & sold direct to consumers. The parent company seems to be Hi-Bird. I am trying to repair a Komoto named Scooter / Motorcycle, model QH-250II-A. I am looking for body parts for it, namely the battery box. It comes under the GY6 title of applications which covers 50cc through 250cc engines. I have found that the Honda service manual for the CN250 will give all the tech info for this engine that you will need. I found this for free online as a PDF.
