Shout out to Powersportsmax

I want to give a shout out to Powersportsmax. I recently purchased a 2023 Templar X, still in the crate. It was a private sale and I was the third owner of the bike, even though it had never been assembled. The gentleman I bought it from had the Powersportsmax receipt from the original owner and a hand written bill of sale along with a MCO that said "off road motorcycle". I recently finished putting the bike together, but figured I would have trouble getting it titled, so I went on Powersportsmax's website and found a link to request a new MCO. I filled it out on Sunday, and today I not only received a MCO that states "motorcycle" but also an official Bill of Sale with my name and address. Registration and licensing should be a breeze now. I never had to call or email anyone. Just completed the form with the original receipt # and the VIN and an explanation of what I needed. Very easy to deal with and I will be buying from them in the future.

You were facing a nightmare

I am glad PSM is proving to be truly helpful towards customers, even third party customers. This is rare treatment in the industry. We are awaiting the arrival of my son's Temp X. It's on the truck

I have had *excellent* service from Powersportsmax with my recent purchase of my Storm 150 DLX. I requested that my MCO say “motorcycle” so that I could easily register it for the road in my state. My right mirror perch was also for the dirt bike version of this bike, and so I contacted them and they sent me the perch with 2 day rush shipping and no charge to me. I will be buying from them again due to this excellent customer service.

I was impressed enough with PSM that I just ordered a bike for my wife. She's been looking at the Falcon 250cc with a CVT. Got one on the way for her.

I would be very interested in your opinion on that Falcon once it arrives. My wife also really likes the simplicity of CVT. She is riding a 2010 Honda Elite right now. It's a little underpowered but a very solid bike. She is also considering the 200 Tank MC-G054 but it's rated under 10 HP so it might be a bit of a slug.
