Fluid leaking from somewhere and can't tell where
Cannot figure out where the fluid is leaking from if anyone can tell it'd be greatly appreciated as I can then fix it and have a bike with no problems

Best thing you can do is clean up that side really good. That way you can easily follow the trail of oil to the source. As it sits, there are about 6 things on that side of the bike that can leak oil. Looking at the picture I can rule 2 out immediately, which is the shifter shaft seal and filter screen cap O-ring, as they are both below where that drop of oil has collected.
That leaves the countershaft seal (sprocket shaft) and the shift indicatr sensor O-ring under the sprocket cover, which is what appears to be the source of the oil from what I can see. It could also possibly be an O-ring on the inspection caps on the left case (silver cap over crank bolt and flywheel timing hole) or the O-ring for the starter reduction gear cover (round cover near the starter up top), but all three of those would have more obvious signs of leaking on the side of the case cover and most of it looks to be from the bottom or behind the sprocket cover.

Remove the sprocket cover and search inside there after a clean up .

My money is on the silver cap over crank bolt. Not tight or bad o ring.

I'm also thinking sprocket shaft seal. Or the gear shift shaft seal, or maybe the gear position indicator sensor connection (same thing IdahoRider seems to have seepage from).

Update: Found out it had been overfilled so I drained the oil until it was only filling up the sight glass halfway and wiped off any residual oil will check it again tomorrow to see if there is still leaking and then will check all the o-rings if there is new oil on the cardboard. will have to do an oil change soon as the oil looked similar to metallic paint. Engine has around 1100 miles on it at the moment so I'm not sure if the metallic look is normal. I'm told that rotella diesel oil is good for these high compression air cooled singles as opposed to normal 5w or 10w oil. Which oil have you put in your hawk or other air-cooled China bikes?

1100 is right at the end of thentotal break in period, so yes the metallic look is normal. These aren't high compression engines though, at least not stock. Most sit around 9:1, the TT250 is the racisest of the group at 9.6:1

If the metal in the oil concerns you, you can get an aftermarket magnetic oil drain plug. It will pick up metal out of the oil separate from the filter screen. I just changed my DLX oil at 2000 miles. The filter screen was clean, but the magnetic oil plug had picked up a small amount of metal. I am using Rotella T4.
