Thanks Megadan for sizing!

Fit perfectly. Still was a total PITA to get them in there!

Pod and filter

Did the air box delete and added the pod filter and crankcase breather filter. I did notice I had a loss of power and top end after this install.

Rear sprocket

I’m having trouble sourcing a JT 42 rear sprocket on the new DLX. They’re all 6 bolt patterns. The 43T seems to not fit:

Any ideas why this one wouldn’t fit?
Thanks!

Review

I would think so to, but there is a specific review saying it won’t fit the new DLX…
I’ve bought other parts that haven’t fit. Will be glad when these bikes get even better aftermarket support.

Bought so a 23 DLX and read about all the stuff I needed to do! . Rec bike and was astounded at all the improvements that were made after 2018 list on this website.

looked like they were directly looking at what you all talked about!

Replaced rear brake line with: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e?ie=UTF8&th=1
Fantastic results. Brake is very firm and immediately responsive. However, the brake switch has already failed! So today I’m installing: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Will report results and some pics after I’m finished.

I still have the rubber brake lines, but I changed out the brake light switch early on and never looked back. It's a great cheap improvement and it's worth changing even if the crappy plastic one isn't broke. Take a hammer and bend the old mounting tab against the frame. You could grind it off too, but I didn't want to eliminate that mounting point.

Mine all stock brakes and no problems, changed pads once in 8000 miles.17 front and i think 37 on back wheel,70 mph top speed. Think it might go a little faster, will find out in the morning.2021 TBR7 that i thought the transmission was going bad,but just a junk chain i installed around 3000 miles. Never saw a chain so kinked up,it was cheap my fault.
