Angry Venom Sucks so Far

FYI shipping free to your door not as claimed, one of the reasons I ordered with them, by the road curbside, in winter with snow, have to take time off for delivery and have to move from road to by house 100 yards, exactly why I loved seeing door to door shipping. Sorry for the rant probably sounds like no big deal, but. But wanted it dropped in the driveway not by road so I could deal with it after work. Not all venoms fault shipping company..... but they are LIARS called all week and told them what the shipper said, all week they told me they had taken care of it, it would be right to the door, so I setup delivery and got the same answer each time CURBSIDE only, so I finally caved and set it up for tomorrow, I had no other choice. Not the start I wanted, to have the company you just spent 3k with OUTRIGHT LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE SITUATION ALL WEEK, almost decided to call my credit card company on it and see if I could refuse and reverse charges.

Maybe, I'm just a pain, but getting LIED too breaks my trust, so now i wonder how they be if the bike has problems

Would it happen to be ABF Freight? They gave me the runaround as well. Plain as day on the bill of laden for tailgate delivery in residential neighborhood. Told me they didn't have small trucks for residential deliveries. I was lucky I was able to send them yo my office where we had a forklift to put in back of my truck. It wasn't the dealers fault, but the freight company. Needless to say the dealer won't use them again.

Venom, just flat out lied to me several time this week about it, that really bothers me more than the curb side by far, no faith in them now and lost trust, time will tell

shipping was: R&L did across the country, then it transferred to BSP

Well that's where the screw up happened. R&L would of delivered it right to your door. Apparently they decided to passed it off to BPS who was not who Venom had hired to delivered. As far as Venom knows, they hired R&L to deliver your bike to your door. It's unfortunate that it happens sometimes and there's not much you or the dealer can do about it. About all you can do now is gas up the bike and g get some stress relief. lol Get out and enjoy the new bike.

R&L had my delivery mixed up with another in the Evans area. It was on the truck, and delivery would have possibly been attempted at the other address, which ,just by coincidence evidently had the same house number, but different street. It caused it to be delayed one day, but it's no big deal, and wasn't Venom's fault.
