QJ models on American Lifan and QJ sites

This is interesting, went to see if any info on KPT400 on the American Lifan site, and noticed these:

https://www.americanlifan.com/ojtec-srt-800-cx/

https://www.americanlifan.com/motobi-srt-800bx/

Motobi was an Italian brand, apparently part of the Benelli group that QJmotor purchased. So we have QJ, Benelli, Motobi, Lifan, all have lines of bikes. Lifan to my knowledge is a separate corporation.

That mpg figure might be due to a test of a pre-production vehicle?!

That's interesting. SSR is supposed to be the sole distributor of QJMotors bikes in the US. Market pollution is one of the big problems with Chinese bikes historically, and it appears that will persist. They need to select one brand to bring over here. And it should be the more well-known Benelli name IMO. I'm still waiting on Benelli USA to happen. They pulled SSR's distribution rights but haven't done diddly squat to build a dealer network since.
