it is very similar to the hawk 250,its the same engine and very similar frame and build,i have rebuilt the bike adjusted the valves and its still bogging when throttle pushed agressively,what carb should i buy for it if anyone knows(im on a tight budget)

It needs rejetting, possibly cleaning. Jets cost 10 bucks for a complete set, including pilot and main jets.
Also, drill out the pilot circuit mixing screw and adjust it. Maybe shim the needle by a mm or so to advance the enrichment curve. If you have money to spare, but a new carb and a set of jets and then begin rejetting. All carbs usually need adjustment and usually rejetting. I would start there. Your OEM should be OK.

The budget friendly option is to do as Thumper suggests. If it's sealed, unseal it, clean it, and adjust it and jet it as necessary.
If the needle has no adjustment you can buy ancheap rebuild kit from Amazon or eBay that will come with new seals and an adjustable needle. As for "aggressive" throttle, do you mean when trying to go wide open? Trying to open the throttle quickly?
