Still No MCO or Bill of Sale after 6 weeks...Help.

Hi everyone.

I'm mostly looking for suggestions. I've had a TBR7 for almost 6 weeks now but have still not received the MCO and Bill of Sale.

I've emailed them and they responded that it has been processed and I should receive it within a few days - but that was two weeks ago and I still haven't seen the papers.

Is this a normal length of time or should I be concerned?

Thanks for any and all help and I look forward to being part of this community.

I bought a scooter from Motobuy and it's been about 6 weeks here too.. And same.. no MCO/MSO. Bill of Sale, from my understanding is just the print out of the online order or the email of the order confirmation.

That sucks for you too. It's just frustrating having this brand new bike just sitting in my garage for almost 6 weeks now.

I've already removed every bolt and added locktite, repainted it, worked on the carb, and am now ready to be on the road.

There are a few dealers which seem to have issues getting the MCOs to their customers--Motobuys is one of them.

Waited for several weeks for Motobuys to send me mine. I left them webmail and got it straight away. It seemed like they would not have sent it had I not got in touch with them to tell them I got the bike and signed for it.

I ordered my bike on 2Jun.
Got my bike on 16Jun (paid for assembly).
Asked about my MCO and they finally sent me a tracking number 29Jun2023.

Even now their web page tracking says my order is partially shipped. Whatever that means.
