Power outlet

Suggestions on a good quality power outlet for the bike? I see a bunch of cheap ones on Amazon, but I would prefer a good quality weather proof one if I can get it. Thanks in advance.

This is the one I have on the Ural. It's pretty robust, and hasn't had any issues with water. I also used heat shrink on the connectors to make sure there wouldn't be any way it grounds out behind the panel.

I use this type and mount the outlets facing down so water doesn't get in.

define quality. This thing has been on my bike since 2021.

I have thrashed the hell out of my bike. As everyone knows. It also does not go indoors. It’s an outdoor bike. In addition it frequently sits on the front rack on my RV buffeted by 70 mile an hour winds and torrential rain.

Enough rain and wind to fill my bars with water

No problem with my USB port

and I wasn’t even smart enough to mount it upside down. All I did was use some double-sided tape and stick it to the gas tank facing upward. It does have a rubber cap that I keep closed
