Cyclewerks Heist (need some help sourcing parts)

Recently picked up this little project and looking for some direction

It's a Cleveland Cyclewerks Heist

From what I've read, the company is defunct, but their web page is still active (been trying to contact them with no response)

https://www.clevelandcyclewerks.com/heist-gen-1

Motor has compression and the PO claims it was running fine until the wiring got kinked in the fork and shorted out

It appears to be a rebranded Lifan (RHON) 200/250cc

Trying to weigh my options to see which direction I really wanna go with this

I've seen plenty of wiring kits available, but not sure which one is compatible with this motor....

Needs a few odds and ends (foot peg, hand throttle, kick start lever, battery, tank, etc, etc.)

If I can get it up and running on a cheap, that would be great, but I'm also considering doing a full electric conversion like this....

Cool looking bike. Looks to be a typical counterbalance CG250 engine. You could source a good bit of the parts you need from the Brozz250. https://shop.brozz250.com/eshopdetai...rozz_Parts.htm

Thanks for the info

Contacted a few vendors and they all say their wiring harnesses are compatible, but I need to confirm if it has a two or three hole stator

If worse comes to worse and it needs a motor, what are my uptions for upgrades?

Will a 300cc or bigger bolt in without modifcation?
