I recommend increasing from #40 to #42 pilot and #120 to #125 main jet.

I had a #45 pilot in there, but too rich. You can shim the needle about 1mm.

I got a good 80 CCA battery for about that just fits into the battery cradle. Weize YTX5L-BS
But might not be available now, but Mighty Max brand is, and others for about 20 bucks with the same part number. Check dimensions if possible, but looks good. Returns are OK.
