2022 Brozz Recon wont run without choke.

Just got a new 2022 Brozz 250 Recon and it will not start up without choke even when warm. In addition it will not stay running without about a 1/4 choke and dies instantly with no choke. Curious where to start with this and would love some suggestions from you all.

Also when it is on half choke it revs really high.

Yeah, intake leaks or one of the passages in the carb is blocked with debris

Sounds like intake leak for sure. I had this problem with a cracked plastic between the carb and intake downpipe.

Like everyone said, look for air leaks near the intake, then check thec carb for any blockage.
But most important, don't ride the motorcycle like that.

Spray the entire intake system with starting fluid while running. When you hear your RPMs increase, you've found your leak.
