Where can I get a starter clutch assembly for my 197cc lifan ATV engine?

So the starter clutch assembly on the 197cc lifan engine on my ATV is wrecked - a few teeth are missing on the gear plus a few chunks (they are in the engine, which is a whole other problem) - plus it has a whole bunch of cracks. Where can I find a new assembly? I can't find this piece on amazon or aliexpress. The bigger gear has 63 teeth and the smaller 18, I believe. The thing is 1 piece, though, not 2 seperate (the whole thing is pictured). I really need a new gear (cracks+missing teeth), that rod piece (the piece that locks it into the cap broke + a chunk is missing), and the cap (a chunk is missing + the notch that the rod used to stay put when inserted broke + cracks). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Oh, and I have no idea what the make and model is - it doesn't say. The guy I bought it from said it was a gio ATV, but I do not believe he was correct.

Just a note that the starter clutch is the part attached to the back of the flywheel. Looks like you're needing the reduction gear. It's probably the same as the CSC bikes with the CG 250 engine. They may stock the parts.
