Here is the bin file for the SG400. Sorry for the delay, I put the ecu hacker on an ancient netbook just in case it was all virusey, and it's maddeningly slow.

It is exactly as you wrote the limiter comes on at 9800 Rpm and cuts off the fuel at 9950 Rpm.

That's not what I wrote. The limiter comes on at 9400rpm, not 9800.

You're looking at the decel fuel cutoff I think?
Unlike other models there doesn't seem to be a rev limiter. I also noticed it doesn't look like there is any fuel map beyond 9600 rpm, but I'm completely new at this so I can't tell.

Charles.

This is what it says in the map file I take into account the slight difference in your perception.

Okay, I'll try making a patch and flashing the ECU with those values set to 11850 and 12000. However, 9600 is a lot closer to the 9400 I'm observing, and there doesn't appear to be a fuel map above 9600, unless I'm missing something?

I'll give it a try this weekend, and hopefully I won't brick my ECU.

Probably going to install the software on a better laptop too

Charles.

Hi Lukas!

I have been following your work and your tutorial since a while ago and I just saw your video and felt totally in love of it. I have the same motorcycle and eventually I would love to upgrade the cilinder and even put a DOHC in there sometime later.

I have a few questions if it doesn't bother you, the first one is... would you sell your tuned bin file so we could upload it onto our bikes aswell? If so, please let us know!

My second question is... I already know you used the hud ecu hacker software to make all your mods, but did you used this device for the connection between your ecu and your laptop?

https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/10050...10e85c0fWFQD8E

Is the same one you shared but I'm not quite sure about it since I got lost there and I really got confused in the ecu hacker page about the pins, could you enlight me a little in this part, please?

Thank you kindly for sharing your learnings on this!
