Lifan X-Pect registered in Kansas with no issues

I received my Lifan X-Pect from Venom Motorsports and registered it in Kansas the same day.

Before ordering I had called and talked to the county treasurer about it. They said all I would need is the MCO and bill of sale, which were both included in the box with the bike. I showed proof of insurance, paid taxes and fees and was good to go.

The people at the DMV seemed a little confused by the make, which is technically Qipia. They asked me if it was a "gray market" bike an I said no, since I got it from a reputable dealer.

Sweet looking bike.

I love my X-Pect. It runs great. No problems at all. Did switch the front sprocket.

Recently purchased a Tao Tao Scooter for wife. Having some problems with it but hope to get them worked out.

Enjoy the nice ride!

Another Lifan X-Pect in Kansas

Just registered a used Lifan X-Pect 200 in Kansas. The bike had a Missouri title, so had to have the Kansas Highway Patrol Title Inspection. No issues there.

At the DMV, had similar issues as KSSK. They show the VIN as manufacturer Qipai, model Hunier. They had to call the "state office", so it took a little longer. But I walked out with registration and temp tag.
