Hello group
Hello, my name is Max. I've been considering getting a Hawk for a while and I've frequented this forum. I finally ordered it a few days ago so I decided it was time to become a member. I am short, 5'5" so I've been hesitant, but I've seen a few short riders here and on Reddit say it wasn't so bad. So I did it. I was gonna get a Tbr7 so I could adjust it, but I still ended up deciding on the Hawk. I have looked at getting a 290mm shock and changing the fork oil. I also have never owned a motorcycle at all. I am pretty handy and mechanically inclined, but I am gonna need some direction in my future of motorcycle mechanics. Glad to be in the group, look forward to learning and conversing with the members.
