New 2me Hawk 250DLX

Just picked up a Hawk 250DLX, it's an '02 with 0 miles when I picked it up..... well 8 now after a few spins around when got home. Will have to adjust clutch a bit it is not really disengaging when stopping once warmed up, have to break heavy at stop signs to hold still. Shifting into neutral seems to be a luck occurrence otherwise seems great and happy so far
