assembling the bike

Hey everyone,
I've bought a Longbo (chuanl) lb200-v bike and I'm having some trouble putting it all together.

I've put the bike together but the trouble comes with the engine. I've found that there are 3 small hoses that lead to nowhere (as far as i could see). If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

First hose it seems as if it comes from the gas tank. I BELIEVE it's supposed to hook up to the gas gauge, but can't figure out how to.

Second hose comes from the motor and I have no idea where it connects to.

Third hose comes from the bottom of the carb and i'm also clueless on where it connects to.

I believe that this is a very similar engine to the Lifan 200. As a side note, I've been able to turn the bike on without a problem.

#2 is likely the case breather...and does nothing but hang down to vent...

#3 is the carb drain, and also hangs pretty much straight down and does nothing until you want to drain your carb

#1 I can't help you with...sorry.

For 2 and 3 just route them as best you can straight down and clear out the bottom.
They were likely routed that way already, so just leave them (or put them back)

Best of luck, and congrats on the bike!

the practice on todays bikes is to plug the engine breather hose into the air intake box. have a look there for a place to plug it in. if you are going to vent it to the atmosphere turn the hose up to allow any oil condensation to flow back into the engine. some folks also put a small filter on the end of the hose to prevent the unwanted getting into the engine.

#1 Hose is just a Breather hose for the fuel tank.

Route all three down to below the engine.

thanks everyone for the help.

I wish I would've posted earlier instead of spending two hours going over every single part of the engine trying to figure it out.

And if I might add, registering the bike was a piece of cake.
