Tau Tau quad front brake and spindle

Just received a new spindle and brake assembly but the brake assembly does not want to go on to the spindle,
Any thoughts?

Nothing fits

Did you buy this as a set? The drum should fit tight on the shaft and may need to be pressed on unless you where sent the wrong size drum to fit the shaft.

Didn’t buy as a set
Spindle is in freezer
Brake going into oven for a bit
