TBR7 water proof and tires

So on my 2021 TBR7 I know what tire size I need I can’t seem to find street tires for the bike. I don’t plan on taking the bike off road considering the quality of the bike but it’s perfect for cruising around and WHEELIES!!! Just need a good tire for that.

Now the important question!! I know the bike is “water resistant” but how resistant is it and how can I make it better? It’s my only form of transportation and I want it to be able to be ridden in the rain without worrying about water destroying the bike.

I use my tbr7 as a dirt bike during the summer and a gas sipping rat for the winter. Street tires will be a hard find. I'm just going to use a Shinko front tire when the stocker wears out, not sure what I'm doing with the rear. I've been through a few streams and a river once. Water was part way up the engine with a lot of splashing and have had no problems. Rims bend easy, keeps pressures above 20 psi.
