JFG Racing/Amazon

Hi all,

ADMIN, if this post doesn't belong here, feel free to move it.

Just a heads up with an issue I am currently having with JFG Racing on Amazon. JFG Racing seems to be the ones that carry the most aftermarket parts for the Bashan 250, so I thought I would give them a shot.

I ordered a PWK 30 Carb on 9/8/21. Got a notice it was delivered by USPS on 9/23/21, yet I received no package. Have proof on my Ring doorbell that no one was on my porch that day and mail truck never stopped. Contacted JFG Racing on Amazon and they sent me "proof" it was delivered from their system, which finally gave me a tracking number. I checked the tracking number via USPS, nope not delivered and not even transferred to USPS as of 9/25/21, still sitting in California. JFG Racing has not responded any further to my questions about the order. Not so sure now it was worth trying them out seeing that I am now out $47 and change.

File a dispute with amazon on the order, they should make it right.

Contact Amazon. I've had similar happen to me with other vendors on Amazon. Amazon always resolved it quickly with a refund.
