So far 3 from 4 bikes had this issue Also clean clean and micro clean throttle body. the stepper motor and the hole the plunger goes int to AND (most important)check that throttle is closed by looking thru it into the light - no light from top or bottom just a little maybe left and right side (kicks or bucks up the RPM from 1600 to 2100) It pretty much is an internal air leak instead of going thru idle it leaks past butterfly and the stepper get confused and bike revs up and or bugs down on very light throttle. |

Is there a cross reference for the MAP sensor? Or do I have to pay big bucks from CSC?

Cool. So the only part I can't get aftermarket appears to be the IAC stepper motor. I've got an O2 sensor and a map/mat sensor on order. One of these will fix it.

Update: None of those fixed it. I've replaced the O2 sensor, TPS, IAC stepper motor, and MAP sensor, and my high idle, over-rich condition is still not fixed.
Next step may be carb conversion, I'm *that* frustrated. Charles |
