Rear Gear Noise Normal on ATM50A1?

I have a new 2021 Tao Tao ATM50A1 with about 20 miles I just got on the road. Spinning the rear wheel I get this sound - you'll need to turn up volume. Some resistance and gear noise maybe? Is it normal to hear a little while on deceleration from CVT area / rear of engine?

It might be the the kickstarter not fully disengaging. I noticed a similar sound on my wife's that comes and goes indeterminately when riding.
