That would be great information if someone has step by step on how to go the Vermont route.
There is a group who does it for you but at a cost. $299 if you have a title, $399 if you don’t. They are dirt legal.com I’m not advocating that you use them because I know nothing about them but with my registration issues I came across there ad, they look legit but it’s at premium. I’ve heard you can do it yourself for less than $100
