Can you be more specific where the oil seems to be leaking from?

Not trying to take over your thread, but I think a common area for these bikes to leak oil is around the gear sensor. I know my bike and a friends hawk are leaking from behind that sensor.

My question is there an o-ring or something that can be replaced that is behind that sensor?

Sorry for late reply. It is coming out from under the valve cover.

Is there an issue with the Oring? That is where it is leaking from. Not sure how to post a picture.

Check to see if your valve cover bolts are tight. It could be possible the gasket may be damaged in assembly.

That’s probably good news. That’s an easy gasket to replace if that’s necessary, but you might just need to tighten down the bolts.

Ya, I'd check and see if they are loose at all and maybe just take the valve cover off and inspect the rubber gasket, pretty quick job

And while you have the valve cover off it would be a good time to do a valve adjustment.

The right rear bolt coming even a little loose can cause one heck of an oil leak. That is where the pressurized oil to the valves goes through to the valve cover. My right leg knows this well lol.
