Hawk 250 efi wont start

Gauge wont read fuel levels. Fuel pump isnt getting power and i have a green wire that looks broke off. Is this related?

Green? More than likely a ground that got disconnected. Definitely could be the problem. Also check for blown fuses.

Sounds like the chassis harness ground to the battery isn't connected, or broke off if I had to guess.
