2021 SG250 Cutting Out

Howdy folks! New user here with an issue.

2021 CSC SG250

50 miles on odometer.
Poor acceleration and cutting out with anything more than light throttle.
Has same issue revving in neutral.
Seemed to start after I slung it through a turn which caused the fuel to slosh and the fuel light to come on for a about 15 seconds.

I think I know what the issue is, but, what do ya'll think?

BTW. This bike is so much fun! Everyone that I show it to wants one. I should be on CSC's payroll due to all of the advertising I'm doing for them.

Welcome to the forum. Is your fuel cap pinching your vent line?

Well, I do not see any "line" that could be pinched. I do see a rubber grommet that seals a vent to a tiny hole in the cap when closed. I just filled it up. Could I have overfilled it?

Have you checked the spark plug?

Strange. After opening and closing the fuel cap, it does not seem to be having issues anymore. The cap is very difficult to close. There must be an issue with the vent seal. At least I know what to do next time it happens. Thanks for the the input guys!

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner and not explaining myself better. The tt250 has a fuel tank vent that can be affected by the fuel cap when it's being closed. I thought the SG might have the same situation. Glad you figured it out .

Mine stopped after removing pollution stuff I'm not saying to remove this stuff where I live it's not checked I've got new issues that maybe have something to do with this removing

With said system and I can't find the with the fella detailing what's necessary and what's not

You're a passive observer and it is all moving by you boringly in a frame. On a cycle the frame is gone. You're completely in contact with it all. You're in the scene, not just watching it anymore, and the sense of presence is overwhelming
