TT250 Manifold

The stock carb on the TT250 bolts directly onto the manifold. The PWK30 clone that I order from China has no such bolt holes to attach it. Is there a manifold I need to order to make this all work or did I order the wrong carb?

You will need something like this

You will need to know the outside diameter of the carb engine side and the offset needed for the manifold adapter so it lines up with the air intake tube, unless you are using a Pod filter as well, if you use the pod filter you will have to make sure it does not hit the frame or have any other interference issues with fitment.

This will be the easier way, I used this on my DB-05 just needed to rejet it and adjust the float level but it's been working good.

I think you are looking for a spigot manifold like this, but I have not done the installation and don't know the particulars on a TT 250 this one does work on a HAWK I believe but sometimes there are frame issues.

Usually stuff on Amazon.com won't ship to me in Canada and the selection on Amazon.ca is horrible in comparison. Aliexpress or eBay links would be preferred. The original one is bent with about a 45⁰ corner on it as well as a spot to hook up a small hose on the inside of the bend. I'll take a picture of it soon.
