I just shot Larry an email, hopefully I'll hear back! The black/red wire is grounding on both of the stators that I have. Is there any way somebody could check on their bike to see if this is correct? l wonder if I am missing some rubber/plastic washers that would prevent the stator from making a connection with the engine...

Any luck? Having similar problems, except I get zero spark.

Stator tested good per the second youtube video.

Still no luck here, my stator also tested OK. If I figure something out I'll let ya know!

Thread resurrection! Did the OP ever figure this out? Sounds like he is having a similar problem to mine, but after the lifan swap. I lose spark signal on the Kasea as soon as the coil is hooked up.

I decided to go ahead and do a lifan swap to get rid of all this archaic Kasea stuff that there is no info on. I hope this is a good plan. any insights?
