Bashan Brozz rear wheel and suspension swap

Has anybody here ever tried installing a wheel or front or rear shocks from any other motorcycles like suzuki, ktm, yamaha, etc. Is it possible?

I saw this on YouTube for the rear. Other than this I haven't seen much on the suspension.
