Although they weren't cheap, over a period of years I accumulated USGS topo maps for the entire corner of the state where I live. They show not only the lay of the land and paved roads, but every dirt road and trail.

I’ve had pretty good luck using Google Maps for that. However, every dirt road and trail is blocked by a gate in Florida. Kind of sucks. But I rode in a good place today. One of the state forest areas with fire roads.

Looked at the AdvTracks site, and found the TPAT and now want to try it, or a part of it. Is there a gps guided app for this?
Thx,

Seriously. I’ve had some problems with GPX files. I can’t get them to work. I would like to look at them on my iPhone and Google Maps while I am riding. No luck so far. I’ve tried to open some of them using different apps and the apps have crashed.
