We need to compile a wire diagram list for all the common bikes and sticky it in the dual sport forum. I think the stator and cluster harness pinouts would help a lot of people too.

Ok soo I did the stator test to get poor results. So I pulled the cover off the stator bolts had backed out and it wasnt even in place. So I bolted it back in place put the cover and all the part back in refilled with good ole shell rotella t4 15w-40. Put the spark plug to ground and .... STILL NO SPARK GAHHHHH!!!! Is there something i needed to check on the stator before I put it all back together?

I'm not sure what you did to test it, you might state what you did here, that way you can potentially be walked through what needs to be done next. Did you locktite the bolts for the stator? If not, I would put the bike on its side, remove the stator cover (also looking for mechanical damage to the stator, as it could have been partially eaten away by the flywheel), and locktite the bolts holding the stator in place, after cleaning the bolts and the holes with contact cleaner.
Here is the aforementioned thread about looking at the stator: http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=24302 I'd give it a look through, and also verify that you don't have a resistor plug with a resistor cap/etc. |

If the stator was loose in there you probably damaged the windings. I would test for insulation breakdown, and voltage output between the leads when you crank it over.

I am not getting AC voltage on the black and red wire nor the blue and white when testing the leads. Does anyone know the part number or where to get a new stator if this one is damaged?

Blue white is Hall effect you’ll need osiliscipe to see anything The 2 wire plug is where you get AC voltage to CDI Best test at big connector first see if it’s passing thru the plug etc should be red white. I think it’s just a common 8 pole stator AC common to many bikes Or you could use a DC CDI n remove AC wire n feed that ignition 12v |

I haven't fired mine yet but due to this thread I will be researching an upgraded stator/lighting coil. I bet RickyStator has a direct replacement. Was already looking into a Mosfet reg/rec ypgrade |
