Not sure what you are looking for. A kit? An engine for after-market support? A bad engine that needs repair?

There is on on the Atlanta area facebook marketplace. Lifan version. No crankshaft balance shaft.

It's probably 4 speeds + reverse, that is how they're generally set up for ATV use, unless this is a new design.
