I have a cross-reference for the power connector on the left side of the dashboard, used for the OEM lighter/power socket!
PB045-02027 (female, this is the connector on the harness) and PB055-02840 (male, this is the connector that plugs into the harness). You can buy them here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08918WBW4/ and https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001030259359.html Now you can easily add power to a handlebar accessory without wiring all the way back to the under-seat connectors, and without having to switch it from the right handlebar switch. If you want to run a phone charger and also have the OEM power accessory, you can buy connectors to make a splitter, keeping all wiring harnesses intact. (Which is always preferred to butchering a harness) Charles. |

This appears to be the speedometer connector:
Male: FW-C-3M-B Female: FW-C-3F-B Available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000666843492.html And here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079LH1H1L A pair of these would make one of the speedo healer installations quite easy, without needing to cut the harness of either piece. Also easily removable when you want to sell your RX3 and upgrade to an RX4 I've got them on order and will confirm they're the correct part when they arrive... in a month... Charles. Charles. |

Thanks for the research and links. Let's see just how long it takes to get the parts.

The connectors came in from Aliexpress today. They were the correct connectors, and I've already wired up my SpeedoDRD with the triangle connectors and attached it to my RX3. No cutting or splicing on the harness required. My crimper kinda sucks, so I crimped and soldered each connection. The connectors have rubber seals and are waterproof.
The power connector that's normally used for the 12V power receptacle also fits perfectly. I bought a set of both male and female connectors, so I can make an adapter if I ever decide to get the 12V and USB accessory outlets. I'll wire up my phone charger to one of those connectors tomorrow, which will free up one of the under-seat connectors. Charles. |
