Rhino 250 Grease and lube locations

Where do I need to put grease and lube on these things? Mine is finally getting some use and I want to make sure everything stays good.

I'm assuming something in the steering, the front wheels, and the rear wheel shaft need grease?

And do I need to keep anything lubed besides the chain?

Grease the swing arm bolt.

There are needle bearings in the swing arm pivot. They don't ride on the bolt, they're pressed into the swing arm and ride on the machined ends of the spacer. Not ideal because the spacer is mild steel instead of bearing steel. The only way to grease them is to remove one of the bearings and slide out the spacer. I installed zerks to grease through the grease hole in the bearings outer race.

The ball joints and tie rod ends aren't made to be greased but you can lift the rubber covers and add a bit of grease.

BTW: The sleeve/race/spacer needs to be clamped tightly at the ends by the frame so it doesn't rotate. I had to add a couple thin washers to get it right.

Also a couple Orings around the gap at the ends will keep the dust out and the grease in.

I took a look at the ATV rear and it looks pretty complicated. Taking everything off and figuring it out is intimidating. I'll have to find a lazy day where I can fiddle with it. Thanks.
