'04 flywing mx 150 help with wiring!
Just picked up a 2004 flywing mx 150. I paid almost nothing for it.
The only real problem i am having is with the wiring. It was all cut up. So here is what i have, Coming from the engine, there are 6 wires. Green with white stripe, Green with white stripe, Black with red stripe, Pink, Blue, And a yellow. And i have a cdi box with a 2 pin and a 4 pin connector. What wire is what? Any help, pictures or diagrams of this specific model would be great. |

   --- Std Honda color? Bl/R EXT P & Y AC out/ ie. to rectifier Use multi meter find out the truth 1st, used bike might wired differently. --- The "ancestor" is wired as:

Flywing Stator Replacement
Yes, you will need a puller to remove the Flywheel. I used a 6" puller. Mine was rusted on, so it almost broke getting it off. Finding the replacement stator was nearly impossible. I got it from China. I bought extra if you need/want to buy one. Good luck. My wiring is still flaky on the rest of it. Getting intermittent spark now. Thank you for the wiring diagrams!
