Welcome to here. I moved out of L.A. in 2002 and moved back briefly in January 2018 until last September. Still debating moving back there once and for all. But this time, if I do, I will buy a bike before I move to see if one can really get a Chinese dual-sport registered there besides the TT250 and SSR XF250 if one moves into California from out of state.
