Top Case install Tbr7
Did this install today....really all you need is 4 bolts some washers and some nuts!
 oh and the HF Apache case.... which is weatherproof and lockable and pretty cheap. i personally like the utility look to it too. i used longer bolts than necessary to give additional anchor points and rubber grommets in between the case and rack for some shock absorption...
