My SSR has had everything from a $75 lithium down to $19 AGM Amazon batteries, and they all last just as long. I don't know about your specific make/model, but I don't think the charging cables are the issue on china bikes as much as the relatively weak charging systems they come with. I would imagine TT250 or RX3 owners replace fewer batteries than I do, because of the more robust stators they come with.

My recommendation is to find a cheap 4A battery on Amazon with good reviews and expect to replace it every 1-2 years.

The cheapst stator coil are made of Copper Clad Aluminum Enameled Wire

Got the battery and beefy ground cable in. Works great now!
