The X22R is a couple of inches shorter pegs to seat. The riding position is very close to the Hawk. I took the Hawk out for a short ride yesterday and found the X22R to be more comfortable.

The riding setup does not look like aggressive sports bike position. A couple years ago, Dongfang's site showed a handsome sporty standard bike in their lineup alongside this sportbike (RTS) and another sportbike (the RTC model). Unfortunately, it seems to have left their lineup! All seemed to have the same seating position. Kind of like how the Lifan KPR200 and KP200 are fairly close.
