I have dealt with Don Hopper. I mean I didnt have a terrible experience, him and his company took almost a month and a half to get my bike to me though. Other than that it was alright, nothing was missing or damaged and he sent out MCO about a week later right on time. Many other people have said that they have horror stories from him but my situation was okay minus a month and a half to get my bike. I got my second chinese bike from familygocarts and its the street legal apollo! I ordered sunday and my bike is arriving tomorrow at 9am! super quick.

Im getting a bike from him now. I bought an Xpect to be delivered in early march because thats when I want it delivered. Thus far he has been very good about everything. I am in business for myself and its been my experience that of the 500 or so customers I have each year for what ever reason less than 1% 3-5, may not be happy, often for reasons beyond my control .these folks are the ones that make it there goal to scream the loudest! Point is the other 495 are totally happy and quietly get on with there lives. Give him a chance. keep in touch and let us know how it goes. Also keep in mind hes not the guy that packed it or shipped it or trucked it to you .

JerryHawk 250 has had very good experiences with him in the last few years, and will vouch for him.

I understand exactly what you are saying. Couple of years back in late 90s had my own experience of owning a business, "lil" Italy. Served no pizza, traditional Italian. After 9 years of food service, I had enough and went into the field of Law. I appreciate your response. Godspeed into your endeavors.
