Deni Carburetor

After searching through the forum and not finding information related to Deni carburetors I'd just like to ask some questions. I'm very familiar with mikuni carbs and jetting, Deni not so much. Google has been no help.

What is a Deni carb and who makes them?

Why the is there mikuni and keihin two very popular carburetors then a Deni Carburetor?

Are Deni jets the same as a keihin or mikuni for jet sizes?

Are those are those jet size numbers based off Fuel flow or millimeters?

Any other information or advice is welcome.

It's just a copy of a Keihin PZ30... exactly the same carburetor, more or less in all functional intents and purposes, use Keihin jets. The big difference between Deni and other "Keihin" branded carbs coming out of China is that they're being honest that they're not actually made by Keihin. Pretty much any Chinese bike that says it has a Keihin or Mikuni carburetor is actually a copy, and likely a trademark infringement.
