TaoTao 250 TBR-7 Check on Arrival

Hi, Jim from TN here.
I just ordered a TBR-7 250 from KillerMotorSports.
What should I check for when I receive the box ? I understand I must note any damage/missing parts before signing and releasing driver. Any experience, advice would be greatly appreciated.

My advice is to remove the outer cardboard before signing period, and especially so if you see any damage to the cardboard or shipping frame. Look for scratches and broken parts on the bike that indicate it may have been struck or fell over during transit. If you notice any damage to the frame refuse to sign for it.

Thanks for suggestion. The bike had one scratch , and the rear tire was on backwards.
So far works good except for the carb bogging with out choke on. Have another on order. Also I cannot kick start it. Starts easy with electric, but not kicking.

Once you have it tuned and adjust the valves she will kick start easy.
