Katerra KMV 250 Not going into gear

i have a katerra kmv 250 and the gears are slipping and once in a while you can get it into gear but have no idles what gear it is. you can hear it shift but when you press the throttle it’s like it’s in neutral. Some help would be greatly appreciated! If you would like to know more just let me know.
