Question for Apollo DB36 250 Owners...What is this part?

I'm about ready to start building the new bike tomorrow. It's out of the crate and on the lift. Front wheel is on.

I went through all of the parts. I came across this part (see pics below) and I can't quite figure out where it goes. I'm sure it's something simple that I should have known, and I might have figured it out as I started actually assembling.

At the risk of looking like an idiot, I thought it would just be much easier to ask here and get the right answer. I was thinking it was a suspension bushing, but can't quite figure it out.

Here it is:

Chain roller. Goes on a little tab/bracket near the kickstand bolt. You should have a bolt with it somewhere. It goes near the swing arm pivot and keeps the chain from flopping up and down. It isn’t real obvious and the instructions (as I remember) don't mention it.

Thanks, that helps quite a bit. I’m not sure I would have figured that out. I don’t think my other bike had that.

I would say that's a remote on the right. lol
Wait, It comes with a hatch back too???

But seriously the chain roller is a nice feature. Wish the Hawk had one. I've looked at retrofitting one on mine. The chain guide on the Hawk isn't the greatest. I had to modify it just to make it like up with the chain.
