Q9 Powersports - Bought me a Hawk

Ok so after lots of questions and feedback from everyone here I pulled the trigger on a Hawk 250..

Bought from Q9 and put my order on on 9/11, using Paypal and like a dope, didn't know that it was going through as an ACH.. so add 5 days wait (not Q9's fault). Finally showed as paid and fulfilled yesterday on 9/18, got my Tracking number from them today 9/19, bike is supposed to be here by 9/25.

I had a lot of questions pre-sale that they answered via Facebook and were really responsive, they were also easy to ahold of on the phone especially after sale.. the time when you're shitting your pants cause you just sent someone a lot of money you never met .

I also got a $20 off coupon so that cut the $40 shipping insurance they recommend in half.... keep you all posted, plan on doing some unboxing and build photo's and video

Congrats! We like pictures.

I think Q9 should be throwing a little support money towards the website with all the sale we have recently given them. lol

Enjoy the Ride!

If there was one thing I hope they would change is the way you get your tracking code... you have to call in for it. I've done many large high traffic ecommerce sites over the last 10 years (part of my profession) and it would be real easy to just send an update via email when it ships and what the tracking number is.. otherwise, minor inconvenience. All of these dealer websites are horrific.. I do Interaction Design and Usability Design for a living and my head wanted to pop when having to visit some of these sites.

Hell yes on some support to the website. Maybe even a discount or special member coupon.

Ok.. got the call first thing this morning from R&L Carriers that my bike will be dropped off tomorrow morning. Confirmation and tracking number on 9/19, call for delivery 9/24, delivery on 9/25... not bad, it sat 2 days over the weekend.. otherwise, it was pretty quick to get here...now for the unboxing pics when it arrives.

I live in NJ and thinking of going with q9 also. Closest warehouse is in MD so should get here fast. Can’t register the Hawk 250 in. NJ but going to put the plate from my street bike on it and play stupid.

Is someone from Q9 here? They are kind of hard to get in contact with..

BTW mine was suppose to come from Wisconsin but came from Texas.. I'm pretty sure they all get put on Roadrunner trucks from TX..
