Picked up a used bashan 250 storm from PA

Picked up a bashan 250 storm about a week ago used. So far has been a fun bike. The previous owner put an aftermarket exhaust and re jetted carb on it. Has about 1800 km on it. This is my first on road bike. Only rode dirtbike before. Any other bashan riders here? What are some good sites to buy these Chinese bikes? Anyone else from PA buy these bikes and register and title them in PA? Thanks!
