No problems in Iowa.

Purchased a Hawk 250 from txpowersports. Bill of sale and certificate of origin was received on the same date the motorcycle was delivered. I filled out the necessary paperwork, paid the fees and walked out with plates in a matter of minutes.

Piece of cake.
