Edit: nevermind since the discussion was about transmission gears and not front/rear sprockets.

The tt250 from csc has the same transmission. Check your inbox I’ve responded with a detailed response on what exact gears I replaced. I responded right away before I saw you asked the same question here.

Pretty much any CG250 5spd main and counter shaft and gear set will work on any other CG250. The TT250 parts list makes it possible to order individual pieces. Otherwise you can order whole gear and shaft sets.

Yes i ask about transmission gear sets. Not drive sprockets and chain. Didnt get message from lil hawk sorry. Who ever i talked to at csc said gears and shafts were different from tt to hawk. I dont mind being the one to take the plunge and see if it fits i just wanted that second option when i had it apart. And then we have the new motor option. Thanks for the replys. Im just looking for the easiest parts to find so i can keep the toy going lol.

I guess the only other thing i need to know is when i split cases is does it take a gasket or anirobick sealer. As a gasket may change case side clearence ?

example of standard. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Complete-En...4383.l4275.c10 Now compare the largest gaskets in that kit with the TT250 case gaskets. Largest gasket on the right side of the ebay set vs. this one (right outer cover gasket). https://store.cscmotorcycles.com/TT2...CASE-s/315.htm Center or "left crankcase" gasket. compared with the largest left side gasket in the ebay link. https://store.cscmotorcycles.com/TT2...LOCK-s/325.htm Note the differences between these two. Yet the magneto cover gasket is the same between them, as are the cylinder and cylinder head, oil spinner and most of the smaller gaskets.

Also, just as a tip when searching on google. Add in " on chinariders.net" at the end of your search. This will help you be able to pull up any and every thread/topic that has covered this information on the forum and provide you with an answer to almost any question you could possibly ask.

Ok thanks for help. When i first came on china riders im made a post about who made hawk motor. Not sure i ever got a straight answer but anyway i knew i would need parts someday. My understanding is this is not a zongshen motor. Correct? So hope some of the gaskets will work from dan post only one critical is when i split case getting one to fit back if its one on it from clearence issues lining up gears. I guess that what we get hot rodding these china bikes. Hoppefully i will resolve my clutch issues to with enough parts something just not right with that either.

Loncin makes the Hawk engine.
The zongshen gaskets should work just fine. I bought the same type of kit and both side case gaskets worked for me.
